Hi, i want to share my recipes which suitable for breakfast. Mostly Sundanese people have a breakfast with this. The name is Nasi Uduk (Ric with Coconut Milk), with Fried Egg, and Sambal Goreng Tempe.
Nasi Uduk (Cocunut Milk Rice)
Ingredient :
4 chop onion
2 chop garlic
6 cm lemongrass
3 Indian - Bay leaves
2 glass of rice
200 ml instant coconut milk
200 ml water
1 red chili
3 green chili
salt, pepper
Direction :
1. Wash a rice with water first.
2, Blend onion, garlic then simply fried with tiny oil.
3. Pour coconut milk, then lemongrass and Indian Bay leaves.
4. Mix coconut milk and recipes with rice, and add water until 1 digit of finger.

Fried Egg
Ingredient :
2 egg
4 cm scallion
2 chop onion
2 green chili
1 red chili

Sambal Goreng Tempe (Spicy Fried Tempe)
100 g Tempe
4 cm scallion
4 chop onion
Black soybean sauce
salt, pepper
Direction :
1. Cut scallion, chilli, onion, then fried with margarine until brown
2. Put tempe, then black soybean sauce, so easy and simple...
hmm.. get ready for breakfast an time to make it only less from 1 hour..so simply and health cos we make it with ourself..
